the filename.

use a membership
number or
invoice number
and import the
image into an
existing
database you
have. Several
charities have
used this method
to add Gift Aid
Declaration
images to their
supporter
database. It’s
very quick and
easy as we make
the image format
match your
database rather
than the other
way round. This
is also ideal if
you wish to
avoid purchasing
costly document
management
software.
