Since those early days we have grown considerably, but our core values remain unchanged and we continue to listen to our customers, to be flexible, to ensure that we understand their needs, and to deliver a high quality service. Today AM Support Services is one of only a select few soft facility providers across the UK to have achieved the three BSI certificates for standards in: Quality Management (BSi ISO 9001) Environmental Management (BSi ISO 14001) Health & Safety Management (BS OHSAS 18001) We continue to maintain high scores for safety records in the workplace. Since 2004 we have been recognised by Investors in People (IIP), and following the 2010 assessment we achieved an IIP level of recognition that will be retained for three years. We are also members of the two leading industry organisations: the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) and the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc).
