Quarterly/Monthly Repor>ng – Periodic repor:ng as required by the client. To include Tenancy Schedule, Aged Debtors Report, Transac:on Ma<ers Progress Report (New Leases, Lease Renewals etc). Lease Compliance Management – Ensuring that tenants are observing their obliga:ons under the terms of their agreement. Lease Renewals & Rent Reviews – Strategic approach and advice with regards to lease renewals with an understanding of local market condi:ons and rental values. Dilapida>ons Management – Managing vaca:ng tenants and ensuring that they return the property to the Landlord to the standard of repair and condi:on as s:pulated by the terms of their agreement. Energy Procurement – Strategic purchasing advice of electricity and gas supply to the common parts of the property.
